把阿卡夏之书外置记忆层以 stdio 注册进 DSH，暴露 22 个 akasha_* 工具：检索、主题简报、修订链、审计与会话回看。（配套：Hindsight 仓库记忆 / OpenViking 用户记忆 / 宿主会话检索；见仓库 README） 安装：clone 仓库并复制 core/，把 cordis.patch.yml 里的 <AKASHA_DIR> 换成实际路径（或设 AKASHA_DIR 环境变量）；占位符未替换时插件会明确报错。
