为 DeepSeek Harness 会话提供多来源网页搜索与抓取故障转移：接管会话的 searchProvider 与 fetchProvider 接缝，按可配置顺序尝试已配置来源——TinyFish、Tavily 与官方搜索，官方固定参与兜底、位置可调但不可移除。每平台可配多个 key 轮转分摊，基于用量快照做请求前账号排除，单请求超时与同平台重试控制转移粒度。网页抓取本地 HTTP 优先，失败后依次兜底 TinyFish Fetch 服务端渲染与 Tavily Extract，本机网络受限时代理或 DNS 拦不住页面抓取。插件页按平台展示各账号用量与套餐额度。npm 安装：`dsh plugin --profile web add @tnnevol/dsh-failover-search`。
