在侧栏工作区行的「…」菜单中新增「技能与 MCP」，按工作区勾选可用的技能与 MCP 服务器；取消勾选的技能从会话技能目录、`skill` 工具和 `/技能名` 中消失，取消勾选的服务器其 `mcp__<服务器>__*` 工具对该工作区的会话禁用，已在运行的会话从下一轮起生效。
