为 GPT、Codex、Gemini 与 OpenAI-compatible 模型提供按模型的推理等级（off/minimal/low/medium/high/xhigh）。装的是 helper 而不是运行时适配器：需按 profile 手动跑一次 enable-capabilities.ps1（Windows）并重启——它把等级声明写进 ~/.dsh/settings.yaml，附带还原脚本与备份。
