把 PDF、Word、PPT、Excel 转成保留标题层级的 Markdown 或纯文本；遇到没有文字层的扫描件会主动拒绝（退出码 2），不会写一个空文件骗过下游，并指明可改用 OCR（dsh-scan2md）。需 Python 3.10+ 并安装仓库 requirements。
