以 MCP 服务器形态提供的代码库检索引擎：四个工具（code_search、code_outline、code_index、index_status），底层是 SQLite FTS5 索引 + BM25 排序 + 中文 bigram 索引，tree-sitter 按声明边界分块、增量重建索引，并带三层密钥过滤。bigram 索引让中文提问也能命中英文代码，且默认路径不需要向量库或 embedding 模型。需要先用 scripts/install.sh 装好本机 Python 3.10–3.12 引擎，并在 profile patch 里设置 CODERAG_ROOT。
