Codebase Memory 知識圖譜的保鮮插件：比對圖譜 Branch 節點的 head_sha 與 git rev-parse HEAD、給出精確的落後提交數，只重建落後的專案且走 codebase-memory-mcp CLI（不受 MCP 工具 60 秒上限約束），逐專案監看檔案變更，並把同一份狀態呈現在設定卡片與 REST 控制面。
