把当前在聊天或「模型」设置页选中的模型发布成 OpenAI 兼容 HTTP 端点：/v1/models、/v1/chat/completions（SSE 流式与非流式）、/health。请求可指定本 profile 能路由的任意模型；省略 model 时使用聊天中当前选中的模型，因此在聊天里换模型就等于换端点所服务的模型。开启后还可把 Harness 中逐个开关的工具借给模型，经 Harness 工具运行时执行并回填结果，往返次数可设上限。监听器由插件自身创建，绑定 127.0.0.1、0.0.0.0 或经 NAT 转发的端口行为一致，请求路径不变。设置项含绑定地址、端口、可随机生成的 API 密钥、备用提供方与模型、推理强度、CORS 来源与超时。
