按排班搜 B站，读每一条的字幕原文（没有字幕就本地转写），按时长过滤，写一份 markdown 日报，并对值得的几条发一条评论 @ 你。五级闸门排班（每轮/每天配额、每日转写熔断、可选的谷时窗口），模型线路在设置页里选。评论与私信默认关；私信只能发给设置里指定的那一个 UID。需 Node.js 22+、DSH >=0.1.7-rc.1、B 站登录态、在设置里配置模型线路，首次转写会创建 Python 环境。
