把 dsh-mol 的 stdio MCP 服务（基于 RDKit，不联网）接进 DSH profile。它提供 12 个工具：三级 SMILES 校验（人话诊断 + 字符定位）、分子性质、类药性与结构警报、结构图渲染（PNG/SVG）、多分子拼图、格式互转（SMILES/InChI/InChIKey/MOL/SDF/分子式）、标准化（逐步记录改了什么）、去重、SMARTS 子结构匹配、指纹相似度，以及逐条报告失败行的批量清洗。本 patch 只负责注册服务；工具实现在本仓库的 Python 包中，需先安装——README 给了 pip 与源码两条路线，包上架 PyPI 之前，源码那条是可用的。
