给 dsh-skill-mcp-panel 的技能卡片加中文说明：展开卡片时显示一句话中文速览、分类标签和几条要点，面板原本渲染的英文描述折进「原文」按钮。手写映射表里没有的英文技能，由宿主用你当前的默认模型按需现场生成并落盘缓存，缓存按原文哈希失效，所以新装的技能不用再手工补条目。技能自带描述已是中文的自动跳过。
