工具调用的对抗式审查门。它挂在 `tools/pre-execute` 上：先用本地正则零延迟筛破坏性命令（`rm -rf`、`git push --force`、`git reset --hard`、`DROP TABLE`、`format`、写盘）和敏感路径（`.env`、`id_rsa`、`.ssh`、`.git/`、`$DSH_HOME`），只有命中才升级给一次审查模型调用，返回 allow / deny。普通读取与普通写入完全不进这条路径，日常工作没有额外延迟；每次判定都在 Web GUI 里实时显示。
