为本地 tempguard 温度守护提供两个 DSH 工具：读取温度与 alertd 健康状态，以及通过 alertd 发送告警。需另行在本机运行 tempguard Python 看门狗及其 alertd 服务，并在 profile patch 里配置 projectDir 与 alertdToken；暂无 npm 包，需克隆仓库后从子目录本地安装。
