Agent 预设医生：跨宿主线（0.1.0→0.2.0）扫描 home/profile `cordis.patch.yml` 声明与遗留 `.agent-presets/` 目录，把检测到的每个预设以官方同款卡片展示（来源/代际徽章、失效红边、逐条修复项明细、当前 DSH 版本与代际目录）；卡内「同步到当前版本」走显式确认框（.bak 备份 + 原子写，需人工裁决项永不写盘，启动扫描恒只报告）。npm 包名：`dsh-preset-doctor`。
