在 DSH 桌面版界面左上角「收起侧边栏」按钮旁加两个按钮，macOS、Windows、Linux 三端都可用。刷新只重载界面层，宿主里正在生成的回合不中断；重启会在确认一次后退出整个应用并自动重新打开，会话与工作区都在。重启是 POST，必须带每次启动随机生成的 token（由插件状态接口提供）；插件不联网、不读会话内容、零运行时依赖。
