DSH Web GUI 中 kit 插件配置的宿主页：经官方 settings.section 扩展点在「设置」里注册一行与「通用设置」平级的「插件配置」页，并声明子 slot「settings.kit.item」，供 dsh-plugin-kit 各插件把自己的配置卡片渲染到该页。只装本包时该页显示「暂无可用配置项」，卡片随注册该 slot 的 kit 插件出现。
