为 opencode-go 与 Command Code 路由声明 wire 协议和 API 地址（不用手填地址）；把 DeepSeek V4.1 模型补进 opencode-go 路由并排到最前；从公开目录补齐 Command Code 的模型清单；并为发往 OpenCode 的请求附加按会话的 x-opencode-session 头（修 400 MissingSessionID）。
