会话状态标记：用可自定义的 Emoji / 文本前缀给会话标题打上项目状态（默认 wip 🚧、blocked ⏸️、review 👀、done ✅、plan 💡、bug 🐛），侧边栏一眼看清每个会话处于哪个阶段。新会话可自动带上默认状态，模型工具 session_prefix 让 Agent 按阶段自主切换，/state 命令按 key 查看、设置或清除，设置页可视化增删改状态表（前缀 / key / 名称 / 说明）。纯视觉标记，不改变任何其他行为。
