不用重启 DSH 就能重载刚装好的插件或技能。reload_plugin 清掉该插件自己的模块缓存、卸载旧实例再重新 import，新代码报错时自动换回旧模块；reload_skill 强制重新发现技能目录。工具与 /reload-plugin、/reload-skill 两个命令都有。
