把 Codex 的钩子管理移植到 dsh：从配置、插件与项目三处发现 hooks.json，每条钩子钉在 sha256 指纹上、批准后才运行；输入框里的审查弹窗、`/hooks` 浏览器、逐条运行统计，以及在 设置 → 钩子 里管信任、启用与试跑。配置文件用 dsh 自己的格式与事件名。
