模型顺序：在「设置 → 模型」的提供方卡片里拖动调整；卡片格被别的插件占用时，入口在设置左导航的「模型顺序」分区。顺序通过宿主 settings 服务带版本校验写回，设置页与模型选择器保持同步；设置左导航本身也可拖拽排序。
