把 DSH PTC 模式的顶层 run_code 变成会话绑定的持久 TypeScript REPL：变量与导入在多次 run_code 调用间保持可用，edit_run_code 只替换一行而无需重发整段，import/export 模块语法经 AST 改写适配，持久绑定在冷重启后由会话日志恢复。
