DSH Web GUI 的技能中心：侧栏入口把可配置来源目录里的技能铺成卡片，点击卡片查看完整 SKILL.md；卡片上的开关会写入 disable-model-invocation，并同步把该技能注册进或移出模型可用的技能表，让「模型能加载的技能」与开关一致。同时识别 WorkBuddy 专家团目录（带 agents 的 .codebuddy-plugin/plugin.json），以头像、描述、标签、快捷提示与团队成员的形式展示，打开开关即把它的 lead 提示词注册为技能（不写这些文件）。卡片还支持在文件管理器中定位、复制路径，来源目录本身也可在面板里编辑。
