把官方 ZCode ios-simulator 插件移植为 DSH 原生工具：原有 20 个 ios_* 工具的命名与参数保持不变，另加 ios_shutdown_simulator，覆盖 Xcode 工程发现与生成、模拟器启动与关闭、构建、安装、启动与结束进程、截图、日志读取，并提供应用内设置页与可选的 idb UI 自动化。仅支持 macOS。
