为 DeepSeek Harness 注册两个工具：`doc_ocr` 把扫描件 PDF 与图片转成结构化文本（逐页文本、带资产负债表平衡勾稽的财务报表行、合同条款命中），可用本机 RapidOCR 或智谱 GLM-OCR 云端引擎；`doc_preprocess` 用 7 阶段管线把一批原始文件整理成 Obsidian 可读知识库，含后端路由与 sha256 增量跳过。勾稽不平的数字只报出、不编造。本机引擎需 Python 3 并安装 rapidocr-onnxruntime、pypdfium2、Pillow（pip install -r requirements.txt）；GLM 引擎需设置 ZHIPU_API_KEY。
