合并式网页搜索 provider：每次 web_search 并行查询 serper.dev（Google 搜索结果与答案框）与 DeepSeek 原生搜索，按 URL 去重合并来源，任一后端失败自动降级。插件页设置卡片支持凭证域 API key 与原生合并开关。
