把 agent 的每次写入、编辑和 shell `rm` 删除记录进一个 shadow git 仓库，然后在 VS Code 里逐 hunk 接受或撤回。需要配合 dsh-review-vscode 扩展；面板只出现在 VS Code 的 webview 里，独立浏览器中的对话界面不变。
