通过 /task-run 或 CLI 协调 PUA 与 Completion Guard 长任务，冻结验收通过且当前候选与 Goal 证书有效后才允许完成，最多 8 轮、90 分钟。已验证 macOS Desktop 0.2.0-rc.2。自 0.3.7 起已内置 PUA 0.3.27、Completion Guard 0.9.0 与 SpecWorkflow 0.1.1，只需安装 Task Runner 本身。
