活在宿主进程里的常驻检索索引：hot_find（文件名与路径模糊匹配，带 frecency 与 git 状态）、hot_fuzzy（内容检索，中文错字也能命中）、hot_grep（字面与正则内容检索）、hot_plan（按文件聚合命中，便于排批量阅读顺序）与 hot_stats。一份内存行索引只建一次、按需重建，单次查询不启动进程。
