DSH Web 服务的 macOS 菜单栏应用，以及它所读取的 Host 插件：插件把运行中服务的端口、PID 与带 token 的 URL 写入 ~/.config/dsh-launcher/runtime.json，并在停止时删除，因此即使服务器是从终端启动的，也能在状态栏完成启动、打开、重启与停止。
